Hi Peter,
Thank you so much! The piano arrived safe and sound (got slightly lost along the way - Seremban roads may have changed somewhat since your boss came here last!). Everyone in my church (especially the musicians) is very excited about it.
Your boss set it up and tuned it, and gave us some tips about minor adjustments and care of the piano. He advised annual tuning. He mentioned that there is a warranty of 5 years on all parts.
Would appreciate if you could send us a little formal note regarding the above (warranty, care and tuning requirements) for our records.
